Management Introduction

Rob has over 35 years’ experience in business, the last 10 of which has been spent consulting with private clients. He spent 17 years in the UK, working in both Banking & Commercial sectors, before returning to NZ where he worked across numerous business sectors including wholesale distribution, manufacturing, services, IT, local and central government.  He has operated as a CFO for a number of large and medium sized NZ companies, operating in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution and services sectors. His extensive experience is in providing commercial support and expertise on M&A opportunities, capital & debt raising, strategic and operational planning, restructuring of businesses, and risk and general business governance.
